The road we travel through life is not a smooth paved path, it is full of curves and bumps, ups and downs, anxiety and stress.

Our hurried pace may lead us to eat improperly or not at all and our ever busy mind can surely rob us of important sleep, a time when our body and spirit repair and recharge. It is no wonder that we find ourselves in a state of imbalance and dis-ease, out of rhythm with our body, spirit and nature.

If life is hectic and rushed for us, consider the impact this has on everything around us, including our beloved pets.

The mission of Green Gems Herbals is to help bring a natural balance and inner harmony back into the life of your pet by using the tools nature has provided.

Through a pet consult, we can decide the best approach for regaining inner balance and harmony for your pet.

Maintaining inner harmony and balance is a team effort. It requires that all members do their part. I would be honored to be a part of your team as you or your pet embark on your healing journey. Remember, I am a companion on this journey, not a replacement for your pet's vet.

 

About Carol Lizotte

An Herbalist to the Animals, Carol has chosen to use her gifts and training to help bring balance and harmony back into the life of your beloved companion animals. Working with people is also something she does, but her passion is the Animals.

Carol Lizotte is an Herbalist, Shamballa Reiki Master, and Flower Essence Practitioner. Her herbal and flower knowledge comes from years of reading and studying with other herbalists and practical experience.

In 1998 Carol completed her herbal apprenticeship with Wendy Snow Fogg.

In 1999 Carol completed her Flower Essence studies with David Dalton.

In March of 1999 she received her Reiki Master attunements from Lynn Roberts Herrick.

Carol's studies of Traditional Herbal Diagnosis with Matthew Woods was completed in 2000.

She received her Shamballa Master Healer attunements in 2002 from Christopher Penczak.

In 2003 Carol completed her level one certification in Aromatherapy with Linn Stilwell of Briarwood Farm Botanicals.

Learning is a life long journey; Carol continues that journey through workshops, reading, working with clients and working at Misty Meadows Herbal Center in Lee, New Hampshire.
